Tokyo Gore Police trailer #2
In the near future...The Tokyo Police force has been privatized and incorporated. The new force has their hands full with a new type of genetically engineered mutant stalking the streets and brutally taking human lives.Posted by Mister Midnight
Borderland review
Borderland revolves around three friends who decide to take a trip down to Mexico for some fun before they go off to college. Instead of cheap beer and drugs, they end up running into a satanic cult that sacrifices humans.Posted by Kate R.
The Wizard of Gore (2007) review
Montag the Magnificent is an illusionist who seemingly dismembers women on stage in front of large crowds of people. Once the body parts come off and the blood pours, the audience is shocked and disgusted, only to have the girl reappear without a scratch on her.Posted by Kate R.
Obscure: The Aftermath review
As I mentioned before, we don't usually focus on video games here but the folks behind Obscure: The Aftermath were kind enough to pass me a copy of the game and it plays out much like a eighties slasher film, which totally seems to fit here at Oddity, so I thought I should let you all know about it.Posted by Bavota San
The Descent (2006) DVD review
A friendly group of strong women spelunkers meet once a year to go, well...spelunking. Who ever wrote this film, took modern film theory in college. I'd bet money. Or, alternately, I could churn out a rather excellent essay about this film using basic feminist psychoanalysis--and that isn't necessarily a bad thing.Posted by Dweezil
