Prom Night review
I am not as well versed in the cinematic classical horror genre as some individuals are. So I popped the remake of PROM NIGHT in my DVD, and I went in with an open mind. I felt this movie had potential but from the outset there was nothing redeeming about the flick. My one goal in viewing slasher movies, is for the murders to have variety. It's not enjoyable to watch different people get killed in the same manner; it reeks of laziness and a lack of creativity.Posted by Darren O'Connor

Week of June 2nd - Cure
In the tradition of Seven and Silence Of The Lambs comes this genuinely spine-tingling horror/thriller from one of Japan's most talked about filmmakers, Kiyoshi Kurosawa. Set in and around a bleak, decaying Tokyo, a series of murders have been committed by average, ordinary people who claim to have had no control over their horrifying actions.Posted by Mister Midnight
