The quote on the cover calls it "A cross between THE MATRIX and NIGHT WATCH..." Well, if hyperactive and impossible to follow are the two traits they are comparing it to, then I guess they got it right on the money.

Vision of Suffering/Nails DVD review

Apart from the widely seen Night Watch, (Nochnoy Dozor, 2004), contemporary Russian horror films have seemed to be an endangered species on this continent. If Nails and Visions of Suffering are any indication, we now know why.
